The Lord is my refuge

Psalm 91:2

I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust."

Remind yourself that you have safety in God. Trust him in all that you do. I painted this for my pastor. This is one of his favorite bible verses. I agree.

The two will become one flesh

Ephesians 5:31

31"For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh."

This verse is very prominent in weddings for good reason. It was read at my wedding. The unity and sanctity of marriage is an important subject and is currently being challenged throughout the world. The true design of marriage by God between one man and one woman as it states in the bible is under attack. To that I say...Stay true to the word of God. Beg him to bring victory to this war that rages in our own backyards. The enemy is upon us but we have found victory in Jesus Christ.

Isaiah 61

RESTORATION
Joel 2:25

25 "I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten— the great locust and the young locust, the other locusts and the locust swarm- my great army that I sent among you.

These verses represent the mission of The Freedom Hour. This is a prison ministry that helps prisoners that have found grace and mercy through Jesus Christ. Cross Verse supports this ministry and highly recommends your involvement.

Be still and know that I am God

Psalm 46:10 (NIV)

Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth.

This painting is a great reminder that we should not try to survive on our own power. Sometime we get bogged down and busy with our daily tasks and we run run run. We feel like we have to be in control all the time and when we lose that control, we freak out. This scripture tells us that we frequently need to STOP and meditate. I can do all things through Christ

Philippians 4:13 (New International Version)
I can do everything through him who gives me strength.

This verse has special meaning for me. I have a devotional card that sits on the dash board in my truck and I constantly remind myself that Christ is my strength. He leads me and guides me daily and I am nothing without him.
