Be still and know that I am God

Psalm 46:10 (NIV)

Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth.

This painting is a great reminder that we should not try to survive on our own power. Sometime we get bogged down and busy with our daily tasks and we run run run. We feel like we have to be in control all the time and when we lose that control, we freak out. This scripture tells us that we frequently need to STOP and meditate. We need to trust that God is always in control. Take a closer look at www.mycrossverse.com.

I can do all things through Christ

Philippians 4:13 (New International Version)
I can do everything through him who gives me strength.

This verse has special meaning for me. I have a devotional card that sits on the dash board in my truck and I constantly remind myself that Christ is my strength. He leads me and guides me daily and I am nothing without him.

The cross in this painting is one of my most popular designs.

The Lord's Prayer - Cross painting bible verses for Christian art

www.MyCrossVerse.com
Our Father which art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

HOW TO BE SAVED - HAVE YOU ACCEPTED JESUS CHRIST?

www.MyCrossVerse.com

The only salvation available to the human race was purchased by Jesus Christ at Calvary. The work of Calvary consists of His death, burial and resurrection. Since the work of Calvary consists of dying, being buried and raising again, Jesus called this plan being born again. He then declared that being born again was essential for entrance into the kingdom of God (John 3:1-5).

John 3

1Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a member of the Jewish ruling council. 2He came to Jesus at night and said, "Rabbi, we know you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the miraculous signs you are doing if God were not with him."

3In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again."

4"How can a man be born when he is old?" Nicodemus asked. "Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb to be born!"

5Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. 6Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. 7You should not be surprised at my saying, 'You must be born again.'

To accept Jesus and acknowledge Him as the Lord of your life pray this prayer:

Lord Jesus I ask You to come into my life. I have been living apart from You. Today I realize I need You. So here I am. I open my heart to You. Fill me and guide me with the Holy Spirit. I desire to know You. Cleanse me and make me new. I will live my life for You.

Amen
